1. Minutes for Jan. 7, 2000 approved as amended.
2. Treasurer's report attached. Purchases include printer, cabinet, and archival
supplies. Roberta asks for approval of the purchase of those supplies for the amount
of $175. Approved. Roberta asked for $100 for more photographic supplies. Virginia
suggests that the cost of printing the inventory will be a future expense, although she
would not go against the vote. Approved.
3. The printer has been purchased.
5. At Wood End: Roberta said the reprinting of At Wood End is going out to bid. It
will be in local papers. The number of books decided was 1500, but the Celebration
Trust wants to see the breakdown of cost on increments of 500 copies. Roberta will
represent the commission in the bidding process.
6. Archives: The photograph collection is in the new cabinet. The Daniel Pratt
collection is in the repository. The datalogger (temp/humidity monitor) was removed
in January. There was a flood in the archives on January 24th. There was about an
inch of water on the floor. Nothing of consequence was on the floor and there was no
significant damage. A pipe burst in an area of the Town Hall which was not being
heated.
