1. Called to order: 8:30
2. An order has come in to the Building Inspector's Office to demolish 25 Auburn
St. The request comes from Paul Fonte of Fonte Construction of 89 Highland St.
Reading.
3. The Commission determined that the structure is on the Reading. Historic and
Architectural Inventory and that it has historic significance.
4. Moved: To make an initial determination of positive regarding the historic
significance of the structure at 25 Auburn St. Approved 4-0-0
5. Moved: To hold a hearing March 20th at 7:30 at a place to be determined in the
Town Hall regarding the application to demolish 25 Auburn St. Public notice will be
posted March 2, 2000. Approved 4-0-0 The hearing for the demolition delay will be
held March 20th at 7:30.
6. At Wood End is going out to bid.
7. Pearson Education the owners of the Addison-Wesley property wants to meet
with us on the 4th of March at 8:00
8. Tour of the property at 25 Auburn St. to be set up for the week end before the
hearing.
