Wilbar Hoxie Jerry Kaper representative Sharlene Santo Louise Sandberg Mark Cardono yy Laurie Matthews, architect TKA firm Jackie Wilkins, environmental consultant Kate Thibeault, Pearson Education Anne Krieg,Town Planner Clay Jones 1. Call to order: 7:55 2. Minutes: February 1 and 29 approved. 3. The Town planner attended the RHC meeting along with the Addison-Wesley team to tell about the plans for the Addison-Wesley property. The architect presented a map of the existing site, an alternative map with office space and hotel, and potential views from surrounding roads. The commission requested the chance to document building "A". The intent of the plans is to make the property more salable. All buildings will most likely come down. Commission members suggested that they would like to see the facade of Building "A" used in some way. Clay felt we should be brought in on the planning stage. He would like to see the same conceptions expressed in the original buildings to be found in the new ones. Clay and Roberta intend to work with Anne Krieg to respond to the plans presented by Addison-Wesley. Anne will call an historical architect about Building "A". Clay will call BU preservation student to organize the Foster-Emerson material (we have about $600). 4.
