Special permit to the ZBA for the property at 107 Woburn St. was submitted to the
commission for the commission's input. The house is not on the inventory. The
proposed changes includes additions and more parking spaces. No elevation plan was
included. Clay will talk to Anne Krieg to get an elevation drawing to see what the
addition will look like.
Clay suggested that we purchase some copies of Antique Homes: Guide to Styles to
give out to local realtors.
Earth moving equipment have been seen at 1375 Main St. The house will be down
soon. Clay wanted to know if the commission recollected what parts of the house
should be saved, but the members did not remember.
The final bits of the Foster-Emerson House papers have been turned in and will be
placed in the archives.
Spence farm: The town is considering purchasing the land with CPA monies.
Archstone (the developer) is still interested in the property. The town would like to see
if the developer would be open to certain changes.
Nothing new on Nextel. Nextel has not contacted the town to do a test.
97 Wakefield is on the market. Sharlene suggested that we might want to get a look
inside. The commission agreed.
Adjourned 8:15. Next meeting March 5 Approved, as amended March 5.
