Call to order: 7:40
Mr. Pelusi, the owner of the property/ barn at 717 Pearl St., brought in potential plans
for his new home. The commission informed him of the information obtained at the
Nov. 25th meeting with the town planner. One member of the RHC will attend the
ZBA meeting in reference to this matter and the commission will also talk to town
counsel. Clay suggested that a preservation restriction on the barn might allow for
some leeway at the ZBA.
Minutes: Approved minutes of Nov. 7, 19, and 25. Tabled minutes of Nov. 22.
Clay will call the town planner to make an appointment to meet him on Friday.
320 Haverhill Street: Changes of interior doors, new walkways, etc. The CPDC was a
agreeable to deed restrictions. A building permit will not be given until the owners
agree to the restrictions.
Treasurers report: $819.76 in the general operating fund. Special revenue : $23,867.01.
We are ready to print out the rest of the inventory. Clay moved that we approve
funding of the notice in the Chronicle (approved) and then approve funding to print
the rest of the inventory out of the general funds. Approved 4-0-0
Clay moved that we vote $100 for supplies for the archives for the rest of the year.

- 159 Wakefield Street has been given to the Fire Dept. for training. The owners have
given permission for a site visit.
Mark will call Mr. Biggio to see what his plans are for the front of the Edgerly &
Bessom house on Main Street.
John Watson, owner of historic home at 165 South St., met with members at the
archives and exchanged info on south Main Street.
