Call to order: 7:30
Minutes of Dec. 3, Jan. 3, Jan. 9, and Jan. 23 were approved as amended.
Treasurer's report attached.
ZBA found in favor of the property owner on another aquifer issue not unlike 717
Pearl Street.
The commission has not received the deed restrictions on 320 Haverhill Street.
Sharlene has been appointed to the West Street Historic District Study Committee.
Virginia passed out the inventory form for the house at 767 Main Street. Virginia feels
we should edit the form and start the process of putting the house on the inventory.
Clay moved that we start the process of voting the property at 767 Main Street on the
inventory including the more recently built garage. Approved 5-0-0 Letter has to be
sent out 30 days before we meet to vote. We will meet to vote on the 11th of March.
Ingrid Krohn and Gary Nixon are the owners.
The commission reviewed a copy of an email from Tony Pelusi concerning his plans for
the barn at 717 Pearl Street. Clay suggested that we arrange a visit to the barn and talk
with Mr. Pelusi about possible deed restrictions on the barn. 9:00 on Saturday mgrning
for the meeting.
