Virginia has not talked to Larry Sorli about 572 Haverhill Street.
Virginia proposed that the Preservation Award go to Mary Ann Cuscuna, a
teacher at Coolidge Middle School. She had the students do history projects on
the Town of Reading, MA.
The Boat (formerly Sailor Tom's), behind Home Goods, is under consideration for
a 40B project.
Anthony Pelusi bought a house on Pearl Street. The property was a horse farm,
and has approximately 2 acres.
Clay turned the meeting over to Virginia, to act as chairman, in order to go over
the demolition delay at 483 Franklin Street. He plans to put deed restrictions on
the house. He plans on adding a barn, in similar style to one that was on the
property. He also plans to connect the house to the barn via a jog, which will
house the relocated bathroom. The porch needs to be removed so that the work
can be done. The plan is to remove the furnace and relocate the driveway. The
driveway location will provide better access to the front door.
