Wilbar Hoxie Roberta Sullivan Actin g`C`rrran Kathy Greenfield Susan Patterson Clay Jones Karen Herrick Sharlene Reynolds Santo Diane Jones kA to order 7:30 PM Demolition Delay Bylaw: The Commission received a response from Town Counsel today. Kathy reviewed the response and The Commission discussed it and agreed with the answers to questions 1 through 7. Additionally, permits based on state law die after 2 years. Sharlene moved to accept Town Counsel's recommendations on the bylaw based on letter dated February 21, 2006, and to add the word "form" after application in 5.13.3.2 and add item F in 5.13.3.4 a statement as to the parties with a financial interest in the property Roberta seconded the motion. Vote: 4-0-0. Pierce Organ Factory: The developer working on the Pierce Organ Factory, Channel Building Company, did not show up for the meeting. The structures that they would like to demolish are mainly small structures (sheds) in the back and some additions to the main buildings. The Commission discussed what will be taken down and whether a demolition delay will be necessary. There is a ZBA hearing, about the development of the property, scheduled for March 2, 2006, at 7:00 PM. 75 Pleasant Street: Roberta went to a DRT (Design Review Team) meeting, this morning at 10:00 AM. She brought plans for the site report. They have the LIP (Local Initiative Program) ready for the public hearing on March 7, 2006. Roberta requested that The Commission write a memo to the RHA (Reading Housing Authority) for their meeting on Monday February 27, 2006, so that they can move forward on the project. The Commission discussed the request, and decided to wait for the RHA. 420 Franklin Street: Peter Zanni is working with an engineer, Bill Bergeron on a new site plan. Miscellaneous: The Commission must notify Chris Reilly of any postings such as meetings. Karen is working on the Garden club commendation letter. Treasurer's Report: The special; revenue account was used to pay $540.00 for the senior Property Tax program worker. Roberta requested up to $50 to make copies of the evaluation books.
