Wilbar Hoxie Sharlene Reynolds Santo Mark Cardono - Secretary Clay Jones Roberta Sullivan Kathy Greenfield Susan Patterson Linda Tuttle Call to order 7:46 PM Past Minutes Review: Review minutes from May 19, 2006 Wilbar moved to accept the minutes from May 19, 2006 as amended. Roberta seconded the c~ttgn. Vote:;4 0--i Review minutes from May 2, 2006 Roberta moved to accept the minutes from May 2, 2006 as amended. Wilbar seconded the motion. Vote: 4-0-1 Review minutes from April 3, 2006 Sharlene moved to accept the minutes from April 3, 2006 as amended. Roberta seconded the motion. Vote: 5-0-0 Review minutes from April 12, 2006 Sharlene moved to accept the minutes from April 12, 2006 as amended. Wilbar seconded the motion. Vote: 5-0-0. 420 Franklin Street: Latest update - Notice of Intent was filed. Kathy, Roberta, and Virginia worked on a letter to the Conservation Commission. Kathy reviewed the methodology of the draft letter. Roberta put together a Power Point Presentation for the Conservation Commission on Wednesday June 14, 2006 at 8:30 PM. Roberta noted that the process is long. Virginia added that the variance requires a positive vote of 4 out of 7 members. Kathy read the letter for The Commission's review. The letter points out the historic significance of the house and The Commission's position on saving the house. Modifications were discussed and made to the letter. Clay suggested having the Conservation Commission tour the house when they have a site visit to review the wetlands. The site visit will happen during the upcoming weekend of June 10 and 11, 2006. Virginia will find out when the site visit will take place. Virginia wants to put together an outline for the presentation. Roberta suggested putting out a press release about the forthcoming hearing. Virginia said the abutters have been notified, and that Peter Hechenbleikner and Ben Tafoya, our Selectmen liaison should also be notified. Virginia asked what information The Commission would like to present to the Conservation Commission. Roberta will ask Fran Fink to send The Commission the report she is preparing. Clay asked if we should ask Marilyn Fenollosa, of Mass Historic, to speak at the hearing. She has offered to help in these types of situations. A meeting with Peter Hechenbleikner has been scheduled for Friday June 9, 2006 at 9:00 AM. Virginia brought up that the property is in the aquifer zone. Peter Hechenbleikner responded to the Nelson Day letter. Friends and Family Day: Linda needs help. Sharlene will help. Susan may be able to help.
