The Commission discussed the draft of the preservation deed restriction. Mark is concerned that the demo delay wil'
run out prior to the appeal process completion.
The Commission convened to the Conservation Commission meeting.
The Conservation Commission reviewed the restrictions for the variance. The order of conditions should be done by
tomorrow. The NOI (Notice Of Intent) was approved by the Conservation Commission.
The Commission reconvened.
The Commission discussed the Conservation Commission meeting and the deed restrictions. The Commission
reviewed, discussed, and made minor changes to the Town Counsel's reworded preservation restrictions. Kathy will
make the changes, send to Town Counsel, and then get a copy to Brad Latham.
Miscellaneous
Sharlene picked up the demolition application for 75 Pleasant Street, which was time by the Town Clerk's Office on
July 18, 2006. A meeting for the initial determination is set for August 1, 2006.
