Roberta motioned to approve these minutes as amended and Virginia seconded Vote 4-0. • Memorandum of Understanding (420 Franklin St) - The group reviewed the purpose and background of this document; discussion will continue. • Preservation Restricted Properties - There is a need to have flags on properties with Preservation Restriction so that the building inspector knows that such a restriction exists; Roberta has emailed Glen and Maureen regarding this. The commission discussed the need to contact the Town's IT person to get this done. • Grant Application - Susan has begun working on the grant application, there are still many questions including whether it is worth the pre-application process. The group questioned if the RHC should go directly to Peter to do this once we have defined the project. There seemed to be too many questions involving much effort in order to meet 6th deadline. But RHC should begin preparing. Need to determine what should be included in a new version of the inventory. We will discuss a definition of such a project. Susan will speak with Peter Hechenbleikner to let him know this is in process. • RMLS Calendars - are available, but not at Town Hall yet. • Reading Public Library - to have a meeting in January on digitization of postcard inventory which is now available online. • Miscellaneous- o Virginia has been dealing with an antique dealer in Connecticut who has a piece of furniture with the name of a Mr. Fifield.
