gentleman from Mendon who was asking for advice about getting a demolition delay bylaw
approval. The Commission discussed key issues to consider and Kathy will contact him with
our ideas.
• Desk materials for Planning Department - Carol Kowalski has nearly completed gathering
materials for the Planning desk. The Commission has spoken with Kim Honetschleger
regarding the removal of demolished properties from the map of historic properties on the
town's web page. Roberta reported that all 4 properties with deed restrictions are flagged at
the Assessors Office; although copies of these deeds could not be found at town hall. Kathy
will check with Carol and town counsel about obtaining official copies of these documents. The
Commission does have copies of deed restrictions on 320 Haverhill St and 409 Grove St.
• Grant Application - Kathy has written the one-page narrative for the grant pre-application, and

asking the Town for money from the operationg budget, to cover the local share. Roberta
moved to have the local share be underwritten by the RHC Trust funds up to $8,000 with the
understanding that other sources will be sought including, possibly, funds from the FY09
