At the same time Mike Schloth was given this information electronically with the hopes that they could get on the web page. Mike was also asked if it was possible to hyperlink the inventory sheet to the map so that interested parties could get details on an historic property by clicking on the map. He was sent a few pages in a pdf format for him to work with. Kathy reported that one issue was that each page was a different report. Mark mentioned that he had a way of combining them so there is only one report per address. • Mansionization - Roberta suggested that we watch what other communities are doing regarding mansionization regulations. THE CPDC has studied this subject in the past and found it critical to keep new construction in character with the neighborhood to keep a small town feel. • Down Town Steering Committee - Virginia went to Monday night's meetings and explained how the down town imporvements will be done in 5 stages. The first section will be the Ash St area which could be complete later this year. Peter Hechenbleikner stated that the town will not loose any greenery. Space is being replaced, yet there will be a sidewalk going through the common area. • Local Historic Districts - There was a discussion about Local Historic Districts (LHD). Kathy mentioned that there is also Architectural Conservation Districts (ACD) that may be an alternative for future areas (i.e. Woburn or Salem St). Mass Historic is a good resource for these districts. • Conservation Plan - Virginia suggested that the Commission develop a conservation plan to give direction for future issues. Kathy suggested requesting a professional development plan. Virginia stated there had been one and most of those goals had been attained. • Mass Historic Server - Virginia suggested that Commission members join the Mass Historical list server to learn how other communities are dealing with certain situations. Kathy will send members the link. • Treasurers Report - Roberta has a warrant for the deposit of an $8 donation for Roof Trees.
