ALenda Review • The EDC will submit an application to qualify for the Technical Assistance program from the DHCD for use of a Market Analysis study. . • Peer to Peer proposal has been submitted and approved by DHCD. EDC will be working with Adam Baacke as a guide. Peter will schedule first meeting to walk through downtown to review existing businesses. • Russell Graham will contact Jack Russell regarding a replacement to attend the DHCD Analyzing Your Parking Needs workshop on 5/2. • Article 25 Warrant Article - Selectman Shubert recommended it be tabled at Town Meeting for a lack of support by the petitioners. On a motion by McGonagle, seconded by Young-Tafoya, the EDC recommends Article 25. The vote was 0-4. • Addison Wesley - a preliminary meeting was attended by the Development Advisory Team (Russell Graham - EDC, Camille Anthony - BOS, Steve Goldy - BOS, and Dave Tuttle - CPDC). Initial concerns were raised regarding density of rental units and design. TBD at next DAT meeting. • Sheila Clarke to re-schedule meeting with Emmy Haan. • EDC reviewed committee project list and made appropriate notes and updates. • EDC will contact John Sasso, CPDC, regarding survey that was sent out to local businesses regarding revitalization for the Master Plan. Meeting Schedule • Next regularly scheduled meeting will be Wednesday, April 11, 2007, at Senior Center, Reading, Massachusetts beginning at 7:30 P.M. On a motion by Young-Tafoya, seconded by McGonagle, the committee voted to adjourn at 9:30 P.M. on a unanimous vote. Respectfully submitted, Cheila Clarke
