MINUTES
JANUARY 23, 1991
Members Present: Mary Grosvenor, Mary Ellen LaCroix,Sally MacDonald, Beverly McAleer,
David Mitchell, Erline Robinson, Diane Slezak
Minutes of the 12/05/90 meeting was unanimously accepted as amended.
Treasurer's report was unanimously accepted as submitted. A copy is attached.
The following payment requests were approved:
Ballet Theatre of Boston $ 400.00
Colonial Chorus 600.00
Susan Wheltle 70.00
There was a question as to the deadline for the Grant Requests. At our last meeting 3/14/91
was discussed.
Posters will soon be displayed in strategic areas to notify people that the applications are
available as of 2/01/91 in the Reading Public Library.
The dates and locations of the next few meetings were reviewed.
There was some discussion about letting the applicants know what they should expect at the
Grant Request Meeting, i.e. signing in and being taken in order of their arrival. Erline
volunteered to make a sign for the "sign-in table" so that people will be more aware of it.
