N inutes from the March 23, 1994 meeting were approved. Treasurer's report was that our grant money was not received from the state yet, A brochure coordmator is neaded for the facture. Karin Samatw volunteered. We will continue to detiver the n to Welcome Wagon, t..ibrary, Town Haii, Creative Arts, Winslows, The Artist 3l act and M.F. Charles. State Update: All of our grants were approved. Alice will send letters to our candidates. A budget of $9.8 million has been proposed for next year and must now go to the House to be voted on. twee is handling pubikity and has arranged to have information reJeased from the office of State Bop, Brad Jones to the newspaper, Norrainate:d for officers for next year are: Karin -arraatis, .chairperson; Jeanne Freeman, Secretary; and Lee Setzer, Treasurer. We wiii vote on tfiese at our next meeting. We stiff need three new members for next year. We are at to work on this. Our next meeting will be on Wednesday June 22 at 7:30 o m. in the RP i... conference room. Summer meetings are tentative for late July i 27?j and late August. Our end of the year barbeque was discussed for possibJe dates with no definite conclusion, possibiy early July. Motion was made by Karin to adjourn the meeting and was seconded by Rev.
