Treasurer's Report: No activity. Bev provided Karin and Lee with
a list of grants outstanding from past cycles. This money may be
re-allocated.
Annual Report: should be out within 2 - 3 wee'&s.
State Update: Grants have not yet been approved due to no State
meeting in February.
Redesigning of Arts Council Logo: Karin and Chris have been devel-
oping the competition guidelines. Some modifications were dis-
cussed. The deadline for entering will be June 1, 1995. The Town
Clerk has approved the drop-off for submissions at the Town Hall.
Eligibility for the competition will be any Reading resident age
14 and over. Advertizing will be in schools, Chronicle, Suburban
News, and N.W. Weekly.
Reading Band Parents: Karin will compose a letter to this organ-
ization regarding the grant rejection..
Withdrawal of Grant Application: Creative Arts has cancelled their
Beethoven Festival and has withdrawn their 4300.00 grant request.
The State will be contacted to find out how to handle these funds.
A move to adjourn was made by Bev and seconded by Jeanne.
