Diana La v ancher is replacing Debra D°arcy. The election of officers was added to the agenda. The minutes were read and accepted with revisions. Annmarie Rotondo presented the treasurer's report: $4, 930 is left in the budget Diana La v ancher questioned the large sum granied to the Quannapowiii Players. Arinmarie reported the grant was for a specific project. The year before, only $697 was outstanding. re: Chlotrudis, Josua Eaton and Austin Prep. Allison Da.Silva mentioned that Michael Colford is waiting for his check to come back. Thv first ceremony had "Susan 'N ornick as uae moderator, alld Reading restaurants presented a "'c'aste of Reading", the Creative Arts for kids provided the music. The food was donated. Debra D'arcy recommended awarding the Cultural Recognition award to" a well known group like Tlar}ld Bond and the ClnannannEzntt PIa%rPrc or the Reading Art Association.
