Anil Rotondo mentioned that the RCC applied for its own Cultural Recognition Award grant. The award has been in existence for 3 years. An individual can apply for a scholarship with a non dependency clause. Some communities have started festivals form council originated proposals. Community input- Contact the community and tell them what you have been approving and ask: What does the cominunity need? Conduct a community input meeting even), 3 years. Past roster books have been deleted and some have been added. They are on the MCC web site.
