VOTING MEETING RE: GRANT APPLICATIONS
The RCC discussed the grants based on $10,000.
We need reimbursement forms form Treble Chorus. An award letter went to Merrimack College
office and they will get us the reimbursement. Pam Brown senior coordinator for the town, spoke
to Ruth Harcovitz. Ruth expects to be fully funded for but she did not perform 9/13/01 because
Lois Bond did not raise her full fee of $500. There are 2 people involved in the performance.
$200 will be rolled back into the gran tmonies. No treasurer's report was given because it is
voting night. Admin costs for stamps were discussed.
At the end of the meeting, denial and approval letters will be examined.
Ann Rotondo asked if Allison DaSilva spoke to Karen Trachtenburg and she did. PASS Grants
were put in separately. Ann suggested to get rid of the PASS grant separate application and
include it in the regular grant application. Joyce Holt mentioned that there is the same benefit for
someone with a PASS grant. Limited to the PASS grant book.
