DaSilva) Cc: awhooker@banknorth.com (awh) Allison, I am corresponding in regards to the grant request 02-06 to the Barrows Elementary School. In mid December of 2003 1 contacted Ms Leslie Haley reminding her that we would like the paperwork submitted prior to year end so we may close our fiscal books. She requested a new copy of the reimbursement form as there had been a change in the handling of accounts. Per her request and in coordination with you, we issued her a new form which she picked up at the Reading Public Library Circulation desk. I am also aware that board member, Kathy Kelley reminded Ms. Haley that the submission of the documents was important not only to us, but to their PTO. I contacted Ms. Haley again as a courtesy after the holidays, realizing it is a busy time of year. I was assured that it would be addressed immediately. Still, by our February meeting we ha1veceived the reimbursement form. NOT As discussed.gl-our_March-m-peting, we opted to regrant the monies next year Aeslie still has not sent in the forms (as of this April meeting; was completed according to a grant January 16th 2003.
