Present: Jamie Maughan, Doug Greene, Will Finch, Steve Gold Commissio er,;; Fran Fink, Administrator ifl r B - ~4 ` 0 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. Old/New Business: Johnson Woods, Order of Conditions, DEP 270-424, RGB 2004-10 Present: Bob Gargano, contractor and Brad Latham, lawyer The Commission reviewed the Master Deed and requested revisions to include the Zone of Natural Vegetation protection. The Commission reviewed revised plans for the Peterson property and discussed how work would be conducted. Maughan moved and Goldy seconded to accept the Peterson plan as a minor plan revision, with the understandings as discussed. Vote 4-0 The Commission reviewed partial as-built plans of drainage systems and roadways, and asked questions about a change in the interceptor near the entrance. Town Engineer will be consulted. Maughan moved and Greene seconded to issue a Partial Certificate of Compliance for specific portions of the roadway in Johnson Woods Drive and Green Meadow Drive, and certain drainage system components. Vote 4-0. The Commission reviewed a Drainage Covenant and site plan. Greene moved and Goldy seconded to accept them as submitted. Vote 4-0. 1 General Avenue, Order of Conditions, DEP 270-428, RGB 2004-22 The Commission reviewed progress on preconstruction requirements and a recent hazardous waste assessment. A letter will be sent. 36 Pitman Drive, Order of Conditions, DEP 270-385, RGB 2002-36 Greene moved, Goldy seconded to accept site plan revision as a minor modification. Vote 4-0. Archstone Reading, West Street, Order of Conditions, DEP 270-412, RGB 2003-46 Maughan moved, Finch seconded to accept site plan revision as a minor modification. Vote 4-0. Ipswich River Maughan moved, Goldy seconded to send a letter to Board of Selectmen to commend them for the decision to impose a water use ban to protect flow rates in the Ipswich River during the dry season. Vote 4-0. Minutes, Reading Conservation Commission, August 31, 2005 The Commission is interested in monitoring use rates to see whether the ban has a material effect. The Commission will support publicity to encourage cooperation. Site Visit Reports After hearing reports, Goldy moved and Greene seconded to close files for 16 Varney Circle, 116 and 128 Van Norden Road, and 88-98 Walkers Brook Drive. Vote 4-0. Meeting adjourned.
