Absent: Bill Hecht, Brian Tucker Old/New Business Maplewood Trail - Tom Cochrane Scout project, letter from condo association The Commission reviewed a letter from the Maplewood Condo Association, and will work with them to address concerns about the trail under construction there. Tom Cochrane was advised to find a different project for his Eagle Scout requirement. The Chairman said he could continue the Cranberry Dam Trail or replace a boardwalk in Bare Meadow. The Chairman. will meet with Mr. Cochrane over the weekend and give him additional information. . 134 Fairchild Drive, DEP 270-475, RGB 2006-13 - Planting plan revision The Commission reviewed a letter from the owner but did not accept the proposed work. 127 Charles Street, RGB 2006-7 - Status of work Ms. Fink gave site visit report. Motion made by Ms. Stewart to close the file. Ms. Ohlson seconded. Vote was 5-0-0. 29 Shackford Road, DEP 270-507, RGB 2007-16 - Site plan revision The Commission reviewed a plan revision. They will request a surveyed plan, and more specific information about RFA impacts, grading, recharge rates, and as-built impervious cover. Public Hearing, Notice of Intent, Michael Palmer, 107 Main Street, DEP 270-561, RGB 2009- 23, restaurant, parking lot, and drainage systems Present: Attorney Brad Latham, Michael Palmer, David Comerford, Dominic Sicari ~r The Commission reviewed the draft Order of Conditions. Attorney Latham reviewed conditions that the Applicant would like altered. There was a discussion about availability of street parking, protecting trees in the wetlands, snow storage, drainage and grading at the dumpster pad, grading elsewhere. The draft Order was revised. Motion made by Ms. Stewart to close the public hearing. Mr. Greene seconded. Vote was 5-0-0. Motion made by Ms. Stewart to issue the Order of Conditions with the Findings and Conditions as amended this evening. Mr. Greene seconded. Vote was 5-0-0.
