Ryan a ~ m ,CO cn Absent Clayton Jones, Karen Flammia and Israel Maycut to Note Charles Robertson resigned because of conflict with the Town By Laws The committee reviewed the mission as the charge from the BOS . Camille is going to contact comparable Towns for information Tom will make charts It was agreed that if the act is approved and if like Bedford that has set up several funds that once approved by Town Meeting it felt that unlike Bedford that allows various committee to spend the monies , it should be approved by the Board of Selectmen thus check and balance . Tom explained the formula used by the DOR It was suggested that each member from the various committees that would benefit from the act bring their part of the Master Plan to the next meeting . The will be a meeting on March 1 , 2007 to hear input from the groups that would benefit from the act and their estimated costs and priorities . Adjourned at 8;08 PM next meeting February 1, 2007 at 7'30 PM Reminder the Charter and Open Meeting Laws require a quorum of the NINE MEMBER committee to conduct a meeting which is five in our case .
