RE: Transfer- of Batchelder Field Lanai to the Cemetery
Board of Trustees
Town Counsel advises that Town Meeting's action transferring
Batchelder Field site to the Cemetery Board of Trustees is all
the action that is required in order to effectuate this transfer.
There is no deed required or any other action required by the
Town in order to effectuate this transfer.
Therefore, the Board can go ahead and develop its plans for how
to lay out and implement the cemetery development on this site.
