Board of Cemetery Trustees
Tuesday, February 1, 2000
Pursuant to a meeting legally posted, the meeting of February 1, 2000 convened at 6:00 P.M. in the
Conference Room, 16 Lowell Street, Reading Town Hall. <r ` I

Review of Past Meeting Minutes
The minutes of January 4, 2000 were accepted on a motion by Roc O'Connell and seconded by Steve
Meehan.
Highland Street Gate
Director Keating explained reason why Highland Street gate was closed, after hearing both sides, it
was voted 6-0 to amend vote taken January 4, 2000 to have Highland Street gate open for Cemetery
purposes only, other times at discretion of the Director.
Appropriate signage will be installed at Highland Street.
Budget
Review FY2001 Budget, it was reduced by $10.00 and will be reviewed by Fincom on February 2,
2000.
Adjourn
The meeting adjourned at 7:50 P.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Trustees will be
Wednesday, March 1, 2000 at 6:00 P.M.
