Review of Past Meeting Minutes
The minutes of February 1, 2000 were accepted on a motion by Steve Meehan and seconded by Mary
Vincent.
Receipts
Receipts were reviewed and are on track.
Highland Street Gate
Director Keating noted that the Highland Street gate has been used, and once the needed repairs are
made, it will be used more often. The stones were removed, and a no parking sign has replaced them.
A parking problem at the Lowell Street exit resulted in the issuing of 2 parking tickets.
Wood End
The bronze plaque for Wood End was reviewed and all agreed it looked good. The plaque and lot
markers will be installed as soon as weather permits. Sales of lots at Wood End has slowed due to
work needed by survey to sign off by Conservation Commission. There have been numerous inquiries
on those lots- Director Keating explained the financing of Wood End for all members-on going
training.
Office Move
Director Keating explained that he would like to stay in his office. The Board will express its concern
to the Town Manager. The Board felt that when dealing with bereaved families, the office should
remain of the first floor.

Tuesday, April 4, 2000 at 6:00 P.M.
