Present: Mary Vincent, Chairman
Daniel Driscoll, Vice Chairman
William Brown, Secretary
Janet Baronian
Absent: Roc O'Connell
Steve Meehan
Also Present: Robert Keating, Superintendent
Review of Past Meeting Minutes
The Minutes of December 5, 2000 were review and were amended to read by a vote 5-1, The trustees
voted the $25,000 with the understanding that the FY2002 would be the last time, to continue would
effect the long term goals of the Board; this was done on a motion by Daniel Driscoll and seconded by
Janet Baronian.
General Business
Bob Keating was pleased to report that the final plan for Wood End has been completed and would be
submitted for final review to all boards concerned. At Last!
Bob Keating noted that in order to keep up with the cost of living, the department must take in
$100,000 yearly, for that reason we can no longer provide monies for benefits etc.
Receipts
Receipts were down for December.

The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Trustees will be Tuesday, February 6, 2001 at 6:00 P.M.
