Review of Fast Meeting Minutes
The Minutes of August 7, 2001 were reviewed and were accepted as amended on a motion by Daniel
Driscoll and seconded by Steve Meehan.
General Business
By a vote of 5-1, it was voted to reduce the opening charge for a cremation urn being interred in the
same grave space per a request by William R. Faller. An administration fee of $50.00 shall be payed.
Mr. Faller must state that the urn will be interred at the same time and in the same gravesite as his
father. We request his reply in writing.
Wood End is progressing despite a shortage of help. New Town council states a deed will be written
for Wood End. This assures the Trustees that we do in fact have control. It will allow Bob Keating to
lay out more lots.
Each member received a copy of the 8/29/01 amended Operating Procedures, and a copy of trust funds
for year ending June 30, 2001.
Receipts
Receipts are above normal.
Adjourn
The meeting adjourned at TOOPM. The nest regularly scheduled meeting of the Trustees will be
Tuesday, October 2, 2001 at 6:00 P.M.
Respectfully submitted,
William Brown T /
