Review of Past Meeting Minutes
The Minutes of October 1, 2002 were reviewed and approved on a motion by Daniel Driscoll and
seconded by Janet Baronian.
General Business
Wood End update - new map in place, sales are up, and new lots laid-out with markers in original
budget.
Trustees reviewed proposed FY04 budget, Bob Keating noted increased budget items; liners, masonry,
and repair parts. The trustees voted 4-0 to approve $10,000.00 to offset benefits. The trustees noted
that the decrease from last years $15,000.00 reflects the increase in contract labor that saves the Town
money but costs the Department more. The Trustees voted 4-0 to approve the budget as presented,
noting that $5,100.00 reflects veterans flowers etc. Bill Brown requested that the $5,100.00 remain in
FY04 budget to allow the trust fund to build do to low interest rates.
Bob noted that he gave permission to bury burnt flags in Wood End, Trustees approved, a ceremony
will be held November 9, 2002.
Receipts
Receipts reflect good growth.
Adjourn
The meeting adjourned at 7:00 P.M. The next scheduled meeting of the Trustees will be Tuesday,
January 7, 2003 at 6:00 P.M.
