General Business
The Trustees voted 5-0 to use $75,000 from the PC funds, $145,000 fees and $40,000 from sale
of lots for a total of $260,815.
Budget FY05, after lengthy talk, the trustees, on advice that the tomb would cost $3,000 to
survey and between 50 & 60 thousand to rebuild, felt that because of budgets, not to go any
further at this time.
Bob Keating was somewhat assured by the same firm that did the Civil War monument that it
would not fall down. Bob Keating noted things are going fine despite a man out on Workmen's
Compensation. Fees are down as are the number of burials. Bob Keating will be meeting with
the Board of Selectmen to explain the PC Fund and the need to increase it. Beth Klepeis will be
with him. Mary Vincent will also attend.
Receipts
Receipts are down.
