MCGRANE, MR RALPH A. COLORUSSO, MR WILLIAM BOATWRIGHT & MS PATRICIA SULLIVAN. 1. APPOINTMENTS DISCUSSED THE 2 PENDING MEETINGS WITH TAXPAYERS REQUESTING ABATEMENTS. 2. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING/S APRIL 13, 2010 - APPROVED 3-0 AS AMENDED. APRIL 28, 2010 - APPROVED 3-0 AS PRESENTED. 3. SIGNINGS WERE COMPLETED. 4. OLD BUSINESS MR. BOATWRIGHT BRIEFED THE BOARD ON THE STATUS OF THE BID FOR THE PERSONAL PROPERTY. HE NOTED THAT HE CONTACTED 3 VENDORS: PATRIOT PROPERTIES,, VISION AND RRC. RRC WAS THE WINNING BID AT $21,900. i MINUTES CONT. MAY 5, 2010 PAGE 2 5. NEW BUSINESS MR. BOATWRIGHT BRIEFED THE BOARD ON HIS NEGOTIATIONS WITH MR. MATTEO GALLO PURSUANT TO MR. GALLO'S REQUEST FOR ABATEMENTS ON VARIOUS PROPERTIES OWNED BY HIM. MICHAEL FLYNN DROPPED IN ON THE MEETING AND PROVIDED SOME GUIDANCE REGARDING THE ANTICIPATED PROCEDURES AT ANY FORTHCOMING ATB HEARING. 6. GENERAL BUSINESS A) VOTED 3-0 TO ABATE 14,300 FOR ABATEMENT APPLICATION #90. B) VOTED 3-0 TO ABATE 59,200 FOR ABATEMENT APPLICATION #91. C) VOTED 3-0 TO DENY ABATEMENT FOR APPLICATION #92 D) VOTED 3-0 TO ABATE 25,400 FOR APPLICATION #112. 7. CORRESPONDENCE A) REVIEWED AND SIGNED MAY 4, 2010 LETTER TO GEORGE HINES, CHAIRMAN OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE PURSUANT TO $9000 FUNDING REQUEST. 8.
