MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER AT 7:00 P.M.
IN ATTENDANCE

SULLIVAN & THOMAS BISHOP, BOY SCOUT TROOP #728.
1. APPOINTMENTS
FINCOM - 7:30 PM: MR NORDSTRAND MADE A PRESENTATION TO
FINCOM FOR APPROVAL OF $9,000 FROM THE RESERVE FUND TO
ASSIST IN THE REVALUATION PROCESS IN THE TRIENNIAL YEAR.,
FINCOM UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED THE BOARD OF ASSESSORS
REQUEST 7-0. AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE VOTE TO APPROVE,
FINCOM REQUESTED THAT THE BOARD MAKE THEIR BEST
EFFORTS TO "BROADCAST" OR COMMUNICATE THE RECENTLY
APPROVED CHANGES IN CLAUSE 41 REGARDING THE EDERLY
EXEMPTIONS: TO THE READING GENERAL PUBLIC
PARTICULARLY THE EDERLY.
2. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING/S
MAY 5, 2010 - APPROVED 3-0 AS AMENDED.
MAY 12, 2010 - APPROVED 3-0 AS AMENDED.
