MASS. 2003 JUL 21 P 4: 01 The meeting convened at 7:30 p.m. in the Auditorium at the Reading Memorial High School, 62 Oakland Road, Reading, Massachusetts. Present were Chairman Catherine Martin, Vice Chairman Richard McDonald, James Francis, Harold Torman, Robert LeLacheur, Charles Robinson, and Town Manager Peter Hechenbleikner. The Town Manager presented two items for the Finance Committee's consideration: Article 9 - Adopting FY 2004-2013 Capital Improvements Program. The Town Manager noted that the program was basically last year's program moved forward a year but making sure to reflect all of the capital projects that were in the FY 2004 budget. On motion by McDonald seconded by Francis, the Finance Committee voted to recommend Article 9 by a vote of 6-0-0, with Torman, McDonald, LeLacheur, Robinson, Francis and Martin voting in favor. Article 5 - The Town Manager noted that there was an additional vehicle to be added to the list of materials to be disposed of. This is a 1985 Ford Dump Truck and Sander. On motion by LeLacheur seconded by McDonald, the Finance Committee voted to recommend the subject matter of Article 5, as amended, by a vote of 6-0-0. There being no further business, the Finance Committee remained in session for the remainder of the session of Town Meeting and then adjourned their meeting of April 28, 2 3. sp ct y s bmitted, Secretary
