Met with R. McDonald at 7 PM. Presentation by Medford Arts Council. Proclamations
with Athletic Teams and Coaches. Interviewed energy consultants.
Movedto accept painting donated by the Medford Arts- Council to Town of Reading.
Presented proclamations to team coaches and captains of baseball, girl's track,
and boy's track, all having won league championships this year.
Met with following representatives for energy consultant work for town:
Roger Dennison, Energy Planning, Inc. ; Mark Caplan, Xenergy, Inc. ; Jack Prasad,
Sippican Consultants Int. , Inc. ; Paul Porter, Pequod Associates, Inc. ;
Michael Mark, American Energy Services, Inc.
Discussed traffic situation at high school on senior day with several citizens
that attended meeting.
Moved that insurance participation policy will not be continued effective this
year.
Moved that brokers on record at this time will participate for 1979.
