Reading, Greeting:
In tho' name of the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts, you are hereby required ~to
notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town
of Reading, qualified to vote in elections and
town affair., to meet in Security Hall, Wo-
burn Street, in said Reading, on
MONDAY, THE THIRD DAY OF MARCH,
A. D. 1930
at five forty-five o'clock in the forenoon, to
act on the following articles, viz:

Board of Selectmen for three years ; Treas-
urer; Collector of Taxes; one member of the
Board of Assessors for three years ; Town
Cleric ; two members of the Board of Public
Works for three years; Tree Warden; one
member of the Board of Health for three
years ; one member of the Board of Public
Welfare for three' years; two members of
the School Committee for three years ; two
Trustees of the Public Library for three
years ; one member of the Municipal Light
Board for three years; two members of the
Board of Cemetery Trustees for three years;
two Constables ; one member of the Planning
Board for three years.
And to meet in Security Hall, Woburn

Article 3. T•o choose all other necessary
town officers and determine what instructions
shalt be given own officers and special com-
mittees. -
Article 4, To determine how much money
the Town will raise and appropriate for
General Government, Protection of Persons ,
and Property, Health and Sanitation, High-
ways, Charities, Soldiers' Benefits, Schools,
Public Library, Recreation, Cemetery De-
c palmLightMDepartm nt, Water vDepartment,
Maturing Debt, Interest, Insurance, and Gen-
eral Accounts,
Article 5. To see if the Town will, author-
ize the Treasurer, with the approval of the
Selectmen, to borrow money from time to
time in anticipation of revenue of the finan-
cial year beginning January 1, 1930, and to
issue a note or notes therefor, payable within
one year, any debt or debts incurred under 1
this vote to be paid from the revenue of said r
financial year. ,

Article 6. To see if the Town will author-
ze the Treasurer, with the approval of the
Selectmen, to renew or refund any notes is- r
ued• in anticipation of revenue for a period c

raise and appropriate by borrowing or other-
wise, for the purpose of providing funds for
extension's and. enlargements of the Municipal
Light Plant, or what it will -do in relation

re-zone the area bounded as follows: Begin-
ning. at the intersection of Main Street and
Percy Avenue, on the north by Percy Avenue
extended to Summer Avenue, on the west by
Summer Avenue, on the south by a portion'
of Summer Avenue to its intersection with
Main Street, on the east by Main Street, so
that the entire area described above shall be
changed from a Multiple Residence District
and a Business District to a Single Residence
District, or what. it will do in relation thereto.

to authorize the Board of Public Works to
require by purchase or gift, in the name
and behalf of the Town, such lands in and
about Birch Meadow so-called as they may
seem suitable for use for the purposes of a
