He suggested that perhaps an alternative sketch could be made whereby the parking lot is expanded from the Police Station sideways, and the house is kept on the lot that is the full depth. The Town Manager will have some surveying work done and do some sketch plans. He will try to get'back to the Board of Selectmen and the neighbors with a potential sketch. This matter will be on the Subsequent Town Meeting Warrant for November 8, 1999. The Board adjourned to the intersection of Track Road and Line Road to look at the Quannapowitt drainage system (Saugus River). Present was Pat Lane from Line Road. Additionally, members of the Conservation Commission were present on a site visit. The Board viewed the drainage system, and Mr. Lane expressed the need to stabilize it and clean it so that it would carry the water that it is intended to carry without damage to the abutting properties. On motion by Nestor seconded by Hines, the Board of Selectmen voted to adjourn at approximately 10:00 a.m. Respectfully submitted, Secretary
