1308.7 Exterior Building Lighting Power: The exterior lighting power
allowance is the sum of lighting power allowances for all of the
applicable exterior applications permitted, other than building facades,
provided that the total installed exterior lighting power does not exceed
the exterior lighting power allowance. Exterior lighting for all other
applications (except those included in the Exceptions to 1308.7) shall
comply with the requirements of 1308.5.

Lighting Power exempt when equipped with an independent control device:
