The Board went into Executive Session at 10:10 P.M.
The Board of Selectmen discussed the issue of coalition bargaining for health insurance. The
Town has never formally accepted the provisions of Chapter 32b, Section 19. The Board agreed
to go into Open Session to accept the provisions of Chapter 32b. This merely confirms the
method of operation over the last 15 years.
On motion by Hines seconded by Wood,the Board of Selectmen voted to Lyo back into Open
Session at approximately 10:15 p.m. on a roll call vote with all four members voting in the
affirmative.
