Topics of Discussion:
Mark Wetzel saw the article in the paper that CPDC was struggling with membership, and he has a lot of
experience with community development. He was on hazardous waste committee back in the 80's. Have been
on a number of other boards as well including Conservation and town forest. He was the Director of public
works in Ayer for the past 10 years and worked a lot with the board there. He is currently president of the Lions
Club here in town until June but can meet the time requirements for CPDC.
McCarthy moved to approve the Feb 16, 2023 minutes as written, seconded by Haley and approved with
a 2-0 vote.
Haley moved to recommend Mark Wetzel to term on the CPDC; second by McCarthy and approved with
a 2-0 vote.
Haley moved to adjourn at 3:37 pm with a second from McCarthy, approved 2-0
