MEETING HELD IN THE BERGER ROOM
Mr. MacNichol called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
Community Preservation Action Discussion and Endorsement
Mr. Eagan made a motion to endorse the efforts of the Community Preservation
Act Exploratory Committee. Ms. Rose -Gillis seconded the motion, and it was
approved 3-0-0 (Egan; Rose -Gillis; Lestrade).
MHP Support
Mr. MacNichol explained to the committee that Massachusetts Housing Partnership staff
have offered to attend upcoming meeting to provide support and guidance to the Trust. He
added that applications are currently open to request technical assistance for the Trust to
develop programming and support local housing goals, as well as develop priorities. The
committee expressed support for submitting an application and permitted staff to proceed.
Adiournment
Mr. Eagan made a motion to adjourn the meeting, and it was seconded by Ms. Rose -
Gillis. It was approved 3-0-0 (Eagan; Rose -Gillis; Lestrade).
