He mentioned that the board can participate in a Massachusetts Housing Partnership Training to learn more about funding opportunities and powers of the Trust. He presented an overview of Reading's current housing data. The Committee discussed potential future actions that they could pursue and establishing priorities and short-term actions, including the Community Preservation Act as a funding mechanism. The Committee decided to produce a series of informational resources about the status of housing in Reading and the responsibilities of the Trust. The Committee voted to elect a chair and vice chair position. Ms. Rose -Gillis made a motion to elect Patrick Egan as Chair and Sherilla Lestrade as Vice Chair. It was approved 3-0-0 (Esan, Lestrade, and Rose Gillis) Ms. Lestrade made a motion to approve the meeting minutes of 6-18-25, 9-10-25, 10-15- 25, 11-19-25, and 1-21-26, as amended. It was seconded by Ms. Rose -Gillis and it was approved 3-0-0. Adiournment The meeting adjourned at 8:11 PM and it was approved 3-0-0 (Rose Gillis, Egan, Lestrade)
