Topics of Discussion; Affordable Housing Trust Fund Committee Meeting Introduction
MEETING HELD IN THE BERGER ROOM
Mr. MacNichol called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
• Mr. MacNichol provided a presentation to the board on their powers and general
duties. He stated that the board maintains approximately $460,500. The
presentation included relevant data on tracking the local subsidized housing
Inventory and other local housing data.
• Mr. MacNichol presented funding sources that the Trust can utilize, and the
Committee had a brief discussion about funding mechanisms to sustain their work,
followed by short-term actions to pursue.
• The Committee further discussed additional support needs that would assist the
Trust in getting started.

The meeting adjourned at 8:00 PM.
