Approval of Minutes:
A motion to approve was raised and seconded. The motion passed unanimously
Treasurer Report:
Steve thanked Ashley for her help getting through the remaining outstanding
reimbursements. We have now received and processed all expected submissions from last
year's grant cycle—FY'25. We have received a few submissions from the FY'26 grantees.
Planning of May Reception:
Both Pleasant Street and the library conference room are booked for our proposed reception
date of May 11. As a result, we decided to hold a regular meeting on May 11 and check
availability of PL or the library for June 1, our monthly meeting date. Steve will check with
PL and Liz will book the library if PL is unavailable on June 1.
We discussed alternative locations for our reception. Sites included: Presence & Co., FCCR,
the Masonic temple.
Misc:
Steve mentioned an upcoming reception hosted by MCC. Ace has already registered for the
event and will be attending.
Liz requested a Zoom link for the May meeting.
We have a new liaison from MCC, Greg Torrales. He has reached out to us and Steve will be
inviting him to our reception once we have a date.
Steve has received several emails of thanks from some whose grants were approved this
yea r.
