PD elevated VA to a voting member. AW joined by telephone. 205 Summer Ave Mr. Henry presented his application for a rear addition to the property. HOC discussed the proposed use of James Hardie siding (only for the addition portion) and the use of Anderson windows. Only a small portion of the addition will be viewable from the public way. PD made a motion for a Certificate of Appropriateness. IB seconded. The motion passed 5-0. PD made a motion to waive the Public Hearing. IB seconded. The Public Hearing was waived after a 5-0 vote. PD will contact the church to request a formal application with mitigation measures to conceal the new heating equipment that was installed in December. Website Pictures of Houses Within the District Amanda Beatrice from Town Hall informed HDC that the Town website is being updated to be ADA-compliant. Therefore, pictures will require accompanying text. ADF will speak to Amanda regarding the necessary level of detail. HDC will then revisit the practicality of providing pictures for the HDC website. Single Home Historic Districts No updates. Maps of Historic Districts No updates. Public Outreach PD reported that 186 Summer Ave is still awaiting an insurance decision before they can demolish the house that was destroyed by fire. PD moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:10PM. EB seconded. Meeting adjourned after a 5-0 vote.
