Case #25-28 — 26 Elm Street
Chris Cridler opened the continuance of public hearing for Case #25-18 —16 Elm Street by reading the
legal notice into the record. As the applicant was not present at the meeting, Town staff member
Amanda Beatrice provided the most recent email exchange indicating that the applicant intended to
withdraw their application without prejudice. Based on this correspondence, the Board voted to
withdraw the application without prejudice.
Cynde Hartman made a motion to withdraw the application for Case #25-18-16 Elm Street without
prejudice. Andrew Grasberger seconded the motion and it was approved 5-".
Vote was 5-0-0 (Cridler, Grosberger, Houghton, Capone, Hartman, Fodera)
Case #26-01— 526 Summer Ave
Chris Cridler opened the public hearing for Case #26-01-526 Summer Ave by reading the legal notice
into the record. At the applicants email request, he asked the Board to make a motion to continue the
case until the April 6, 2026 meeting.
Cynde Hartman made a motion to continue Case #26-01— 526 Summer Ave to April 6, 2026 at the
representative's email request. Andrew Grasberger seconded the motion and it was approved 5-0-0.

Chris Cridler opened the continuance of public hearing for Case #26-02 — 107 Woburn Street by reading
the legal notice into the record. At the applicants email request, he asked the Board to make a motion to
continue the case until the April 6, 2026 meeting.
Andrew Grasberger made a motion to continue Case #26-02-107 Woburn Street to April 6, 2026 at
the representative's request. Cynde Hartman seconded the motion and it was approved 5-0-0.
