Minutes of December 1 meeting approved unanimously
Treasurer Report:
Steve and Ashley received a few more receipts over the past month. There are still 12 or so
grant recipients who have not submitted for reimbursement. Since our last meeting Steve
sent a reminder to the outstanding recipients. They have until January 10 to submit (365
days since last year's letters were sent). We have a little wiggle room here as MCC doesn't
close the books until a bit later in January. It is surprising to have this many recipients
outstanding.

Discussion of grant money allocation:
We began with a general discussion about repeat applicants who have not yet filed
reimbursement for last year's events.
We asked RMHS Band Parent Organization to change their event to their Memorial Day town
performance as they were unable to perform due to weather at the Reading Tree Lighting. A
motion was made to accept this change; it was approved 4-0 (Jayna abstained).
Grant applicants and reimbursement amounts were discussed. $31,849.00 was allocated
among 41 applicants. Steve will update the MCC site with the amounts allocated to each;
this will generate letters to the applicants. Ashley will send RCC letters along with
