Call to order
Meeting called to order at 7:01PM
Approval of minutes from October 29 and November 3
Motion to approve raised and seconded, unanimously approved.
Treasurer Report
We processed one grant from last year this past month. There are still 16 grant recipients
from the last cycle who have not asked for money yet. Steve will send out reminders this
week.
This grant cycle: We have $60,166 in total requested by 47 grant applicants. We have
$31,849 to allocate.
***Ashley Gross left the meeting early due to illness. She did not participate in the
discussion or approval of the rejected applicants.
Grant recipient discussion
The list of applicants was discussed and evaluated. A decision was made to send rejection
letters to seven applicants. These applicants will receive a denial letter and have two weeks
to appeal before the end of the year. A motion to approve rejecting these applicants was
raised, seconded, and unanimously approved.
The meeting was adjourned at 8a3PM.
