Pursuant to a meeting legally posted, the meeting of October 20, 2025 convened at 6:00 P.M. in
person in the Berger Room at Reading Town Hall.
Present: Virginia Blodgett, Chairman
Ron Stortz, Vice Chair
Brian Boyle
Carl McFadden
Absent: Caitlin Salmon, Secretary
Also Present: Michael Hannaford, Supervisor
Michael O'Halloran, Administration
Meeting was called to order at 6:00pm by Ginny.
Review of Past Meeting Minutes
The minutes of August 11, 2025 were reviewed and approved as written by a
vote of 4-0, on a motion by Ron Stortz seconded by Carl McFadden.

General Business
• First section of Wood End lots has been laid out.
• New lots won't be sold until things are updated on the computer.
• Graves have been seeded for the fall.
• Laurel Hill curbing has been completed.
• Highway Department will be paving that section of Laurel Hill this year.
Next Meeting Monday, January 12, 2026 at 6:00.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:22 on a motion by Carl McFadden and second by Ron Stortz.
