Topics of Discussion:
PD called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. PD elevated VA and AW to voting members.
116 West street
The applicant, Katie Olson, called into the meeting. She seeks to replace 4 windows and 2
French doors in the breezeway portion of the home. Replacement materials will be all wood.
ADF requested that the new windows will be 8 over 1 lights with grates on the windows. The
applicant said she would confirm the 8 over 1 ratio.
ADF made a motion to issue a Certificate of Appropriateness subject to confirmation from the
applicant that the windows will be a like for like replacement. AW seconded. The motion
passed 4-0. PD made a motion to waive the public hearing. VA seconded. The motion passed
4-0.
196 Summer Avenue
The HDC briefly discussed logistics and procedures for the upcoming November public hearing
for the demolition of the property.

Community Outreach
Two houses in the historic districts are on the market. ADF reached out to the realtors to inform
them of the existence of the historic districts.

PD made a motion to approve the August and September meeting minutes. AW seconded. The
motion passed 4-0.
PD moved to adjourn the meeting. AW seconded. Meeting adjourned after a 4-0 vote at
7:30PM.
